Walk through of Power BB triceps, and then shoulder hypertrophy.

Think of the power portion of workout, as the actual tearing of new muscle happens. The deep muscle tears caused from your muscle being strong as possible with the highest weight manageable.
Work up to the peak weight with as little muscular fatigue as possible.

The bodybuilding portion is the time to focus on the intensity and muscular contractions. During this time your trying to fatigue the muscle and get the muscle full.
